June 18, 2010 Fatherâ??s Day Dearest Gabby, December 26, 2009 at 10:24 p.m., you became a father to a beautiful baby boy, Mateo Gabby Gabriel. I witnessed the excitement you had, the unceasing caring and loving you did and continues to give to Aila; patiently and anxiously waiting for the coming of your baby boy. I saw the sparkle in your eyes and the unexplained happiness in your face when you first glanced at your baby boy. I was assigned to video tape the coming of baby Mateo, but that moment was too overwhelming that I forgot everything and I too was just filled with excitement. It was a very memorable moment that I failed to capture in video. Anyway, a healthy and beautiful baby Mateo-Gabby was born. With Aila, you take care of your baby boy with so much love. You could pass for a nurse the way you expertly care and handle Mateo from the time he was born. Iâ??m sure you got it from your mom. There will be 6 cup-cakes in June 26. Thank you for loving Aila, you make her very happy. Weâ??re delighted to witness how your relationship blossoms and itâ??s just beautiful. You are a perfect young pillar of a family. Being responsible for your babyâ??s care and upbringing is an awesome task. God has given you the most wonderful gift you could ever have and Iâ??m sure He is always at your side to help and guide you and Aila in every single step as you raise your baby boy with love of God â?? that he would grow up physically healthy, emotionally strong, mentally alert and spiritually sensitive. TB and I pray to God that you and Aila always have a good health of mind, body and spirit as you raise your baby boy to be a wonderful person just like you. Dear Mateo, I'm so glad that we finally met! Thanks to your mom and dad who drove a long way to downtown LA so we can finally see you! You've got beautiful eyes and great smile like your grandma Millete. I can tell that you're going to be a active boy because you wouldn't stay still while I was holding you. May 9, 2010 Motherâ??s Day 2010 Dearest Aila; The day after Christmas last year, at 10:24 p.m., after being induced for hours and more than 4 hours of intense labor, you delivered a healthy baby boy weighing 6.1 lbs and 18.75 inches. He came about 3 weeks early. During your pregnancy, I was very tensed and always nauseated worrying about your health knowing that you â??ve risked your life for your baby. You delivered a beautiful baby boy, a true gift from God, a gift of love, a miracle of life. I witness how you cherish and nourish you baby boy Mateo. Youâ??ve been sacrificing and giving up so much of yourself for the love of your baby boy. Youâ??ve made a great step by bringing baby Mateo to the Church and have him received the holy sacrament of baptism. Thank you for giving baby Mateo your daddyâ??s name. Thank you for making Inay as part of Mateoâ??s baptism by using her modest gift for his baptismal garment. Iâ??m sure theyâ??re both smiling in heaven. I am so proud of you. I am so proud of the child I raised that turned out to be a great and wonderful mother. You are not only a career woman but a great mother as well. You are beautiful, loving, generous ,brilliant and kind and many other qualities that make you a truly wonderful mother. I always pray that God always watch over you and protect you and your family in every danger and that God grants you a good health of mind, body and spirit to guide you and your family as you and Gabby raise Mateo to be a wonderful person just like you.
